I recently installed a new HVAC system in my home. I evaluated numerous "approved" vendors from the NVEnergy list for those who can get the credits in Southern Nevada. I presented a unique challenge to each vendor, asking how to manage getting air to my daughters room that never is able to get cool enough in the summers. Each vendor wanted to install a wall unit. Bob at RightNowAir was the only one that had enough education with HVAC zoning to suggest that we do that. While the pricing was competitive, Bob's expertise and transparency are what were most compelling in choosing RightNowAir. There were delays due to the supply chain challenges that were completely out of RightNowAirs control. What my point of contact did do, was stay in close contact with me, explaining alternatives to my original order to me, if I wanted to consider them. He also was very transparent about the status of my original order. When the time finally came to do the install, the RightNowAir team was very courteous, communicative, friendly, and very considerate of protecting any areas that they worked in and cleaning up at the end of each day. After living in Vegas for over 15 years, I sincerely appreciate great vendors, and this one is a true gem that you can feel comfortable giving them your business. There are very few I can say that about.

Mark did a great job for my HVAC maintenance. He described what he checked and the results of each item (capacitors, etc). He was very courteous and cleaned up every insulation speck before asking if there was anything else he could do for me. He is a KEEPER for sure.
