Very prompt attention to a system giving me trouble just as it started heating up. They arrived within less than 90 minutes. Andrew was wonderful. He was very professional and courteous. Not only did he thoroughly check all the HVAC maintenance issues, but he also checked my solar attic fans for proper operation.
Then when I forgot to tell him about one of the air ducts that needed a filter change, he drove back from his house to do that one air filter for me. He also shared information about my HVAC units so I was fully informed about them. He is a great asset to Right Now Air.
My service request was responded to very quickly--Andrew was at my door within 1 hour of my call.
